Aura Shop downloads: 30-day money-back guarantee
Every checklist, planner, tracker and calculator from the Aura Shop comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought with, and we refund the full price. No questions, no need to return anything.
Other digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered or used
- Picks passes are non-refundable once your access has started — that is, once the picks card has been delivered to you or you have signed in and viewed it.
- Rip House Club months are non-refundable once the month has started, and we don't refund part-months.
- 30-Day Content Packs are non-refundable once the pack has been delivered.
Cancelling
Rip House Club renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage membership) or by emailing us: cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep club access until the end of the month you already paid for. Picks passes do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — you are only billed again if you buy another pass.
When we do refund
- You were charged but nothing has been delivered and no credits have been used.
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- You were charged for a club renewal after you had cancelled.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email address you bought with and the date of the purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
