What we offer
- Aura Picks — daily sports analysis and handicapping information produced by statistical models, delivered on the website and by email. It is information only: we do not accept, place or settle bets, and we never hold your money.
- Rip House card tools — trading-card valuations and photo-based condition estimates: free with a sign-in up to a daily limit, unlimited with a Rip House Club membership.
- Consulting / Ad Studio — advertising creative packages for businesses.
- Prints and apparel — some sold through partner storefronts, whose own terms also apply.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to buy anything here, and 21 or older to use Aura Picks. Do not use Aura Picks where sports betting or betting information is not legal for you. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.
Aura Picks is not betting advice and has no guarantees
Every forecast is an estimate. Models are wrong often, and past results — which we publish in full, wins and losses — do not predict future ones. Nothing on the site is financial, investment or betting advice. If you choose to bet, you do so with a licensed operator of your choosing, at your own risk, and only with money you can afford to lose. See Responsible gambling.
Accounts and sign-in
You sign in with a single-use link we email to you. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open that email can sign in as you. One account per person; do not share or resell access.
Buying, passes and credits
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
- Picks passes are one-time purchases for a fixed number of days. They do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel; buying another pass extends your end date.
- Rip House card tools are free for signed-in collectors up to a daily limit (shown on the site). A request that fails, or a photo that cannot be graded, does not count against it.
- The Rip House Club costs $9.99 a month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account (Manage membership); you keep club access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Card valuations and grades are estimates
Values come from public listings and sales and can be wrong; photo grades are AI estimates, not grades from a grading company. Inspect a card in hand before buying or selling it.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or republish paid content; scrape the site; abuse sign-in or the tools; or interfere with the service. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Our content
The analysis, text, designs and software on the site belong to Aura. Your purchase gives you personal, non-transferable access.
Limits on our liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Aura is not liable for losses from decisions you make using our content, including betting or trading losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
